润滑油的质量评定: 通过对各种工业润滑油理化指标的分析检测,根据润滑油的国家和企业质量标准,对润滑油的质量进行评定,指导企业选择优质、合理的润滑油产品;
燃料油的质量评定:

通过对柴油、重油等燃料油的理化指标的分析检测,根据燃料油品的国家和国际质量标准,对燃料油品的质量进行评定,并能分析燃料油质量对机械设备故障的影响;

设备润滑状态评价:

通过对设备在用润滑油的定期跟踪监测,及时发现设备用油的劣化程度及污染原因,评价设备的润滑状态,指导企业采用合理的润滑方式和换油周期;

设备磨损故障诊断:

通过对设备在用润滑油中磨损金属颗粒的分析检测,诊断设备主要摩擦副的磨损状态及原因,指导企业及时采取视情维修措施,保证设备的安全运行;

设备润滑技术咨询: 为客户提供有关设备用油选型、油品代用、润滑系统配置等技术咨询,还为客户提供现场设备润滑管理技术服务,指导企业建立设备润滑与视情维修体系。

Condition monitoring Sample and test the lubricant in the engine, hydraulic system, turbine, gear box in a fixed interval. Determine the machinery health by testing the deterioration and physical properties of the lubricant and wear metal level, contaminations in it and, submit a summary report with comments on it to the machinery owner to help whom to make a plan in device management.
Lubricant Testing

Via testing the physical properties of lubricant and assessing by the national standard or ISO quality standard, guide the user to choose the high quality lubricant or the lubricant most suitable to them.

Fuel assessing

Evaluating the quality of the fuel, including the diesel and the heavy residual fuel can point to solutions for filter plugging, loss of power or poor injector performance.

Equipment failure diagnosis

Analysis the wear metal particles and other contamination and/or deteriorating particles in the lubricant to diagnose the abnormal wear type, the wear components and the cause of the failure.

Training and Consultation

Offering training course and consultation service for the equipment operators, maintenance managers, industrial engineers, operations managers, lubrication engineers, maintenance technicians, reliability engineers, and other whom interested in. The training include the choose and the alternative of the lubricant, the setting of the attainable lubricating system goal, the right interval and method of sampling, the choose of test items and test lab, the interpretation of the summary report, etc.
